Andrew Potts

Drew Potts is a Partner with KMW. Since graduating from St. Mary’s School of Law, he has dealt almost exclusively with title examination for oil, gas and minerals in Texas and New Mexico. Mr. Potts is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law and serves on the Education Committee of the American Association of Professional Landmen. At KMW, he focuses his practice on title examination for clients with Texas and New Mexico oil and gas exploration activities. His clients include one of the largest privately owned oil and gas operators in the United States, and a publicly traded exploration and production company with a market cap nearing one billion dollars.
