Heather Dillaplain

Heather Dillaplain has extensive experience in both Real Estate Law and Energy Law and has varied experience with real estate regulations, research, compliance, licensing, and litigation. She has acted as a Substitute Trustee for foreclosure actions and drafted many title opinions. She has also gained field experience as a field broker. She is Board Certified in Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Member of the Texas Bar College. At KMW, she focuses her practice on title examination for clients with Texas oil and gas exploration activities.
