J. Brian Davis
Brian Davis is a Partner with KMW. Since graduating from St. Mary’s School of Law, he has dealt almost exclusively with title examination for oil, gas and hard minerals in multiple jurisdictions. Mr. Davis is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law. At KMW, he focuses his practice on title examination for clients with Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado oil and gas exploration activities, and hard minerals in Texas. His clients include a large, privately owned salt company, and the Texas division of a multinational exploration and production company.
