Josiah McLeod

Josiah has concentrated his practice on Energy and Real Estate since graduating from the University of Houston Law Center in 2008. During this time, he worked as a lease analyst for a large multinational oil and gas corporation, a smaller Houston-based E&P-focused law firm, and a Colorado firm focusing on both transactional oil and gas law and real estate law. At KMW, he focuses his practice on title examination for clients with oil and gas exploration activities in Texas and Colorado and serves as the firm’s foremost authority on Federal Lease issues.
