Juan Herold

Juan attended Detroit Mercy Law School, graduating in 1997. Until his Texas licensure in 2005, he worked in accounting. His law practice has encompassed securities litigation and privilege reviews, but since 2011, he has concentrated exclusively on title examination for E&P companies with Texas, North Dakota, and Mississippi assets. In the federal court system, Mr. Herold is admitted to practice in the Southern District of Texas District and Bankruptcy Courts. At KMW, he focuses his practice on title examination for clients with oil and gas exploration activities in Texas, North Dakota, and Mississippi, particularly concerning matters with large, complex divisions of interest.
