Kevin McDaniel

Kevin McDaniel worked as an Attorney/Landman for field land brokerages and for a startup Houston-based oil and gas operator. In these roles, Mr. McDaniel led multi-year lease acquisition programs in highly competitive Oklahoma and Permian prospects, contributing 30,000+ acres to core projects, and managed brokers during title acquisition, regulatory, and curative work. He has and drafted numerous contracts related to the acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas assets, joint operating agreements, purchase, and sale agreements, communitization agreements, pipeline and surface use agreements, and ancillary documents for oil and gas operators. At KMW, he focuses his practice on title examination for clients with Texas oil and gas exploration activities.
