Sara Bluemel

Following her graduation from the University of Houston Law Center, Ms. Bluemel began her law career at a Houston-area broker as a petroleum landman, determining mineral ownership and verifying acreage boundaries. She then worked at two Houston-area law firms for several years, where she rendered title opinions on Texas oil and gas properties. Immediately prior to joining KMW, she worked as a Division Order Analyst for a large Houston-based multinational oil company. At KMW, she focuses her practice on title examination for clients with oil and gas exploration activities in Texas, Montana, and North Dakota and serves as the firm’s foremost authority on post-production costs.
